The death occurred at his residence, THe Stores, in Robertsbridge of Mr Eber Waghornvfor many years landlord of the Ostrich Hotel. Since leaving the hotel, the fdeceased had acted as gardener for Mr Sydney Sewell, at the George Hotel.
He was a keen cricketer, and twice married, his first wife pre-deceasing him about fourteen years ago. The funeral was at Salehurst Churchyard.
