P.S. Watts reports that 16 or 17 Collegeons came out of the Sun Inn at 1 o'clock am and made A Great Noise by talking and Laughing and kept up an altercation with John Faires, Constable,
for about an half an hour. P.S. Watts and P.C. Earle and P.C. Bye at Length Dispersed them, they did no mischief.
