P.C.13 Ballard reports that Mr Collier Landlord of the 3 Crowns in Silver St Keeps several Dogs & lets them loose of a night & that it is dangerous for any person to pass by.

Complaint of dogs and nuisance to be reported
P.C.21 Simkin reports that Mr Collins (three Crowns in Silver Street) dog bit a Gentleman some time during the night and that it is dangerous for any one to pass at any time of the night.

Friday 13th to Saturday 14th October 1837 *
Report of dogs a nuiscance
P.C. Rider reports that [it] is very unsafe for any person to pass down Silver Street on account of 3 dogs kept by Mr Collier at the 3 Crowns.
