P.C.13 Ballard reports that Mr Collier Landlord of the 3 Crowns in Silver St Keeps several Dogs
& lets them loose of a night & that it is dangerous for any person to pass by.
Tuesday 20th to Wednesday 21st June 1837 *
Complaint of dogs and nuisance to be reported
P.C.21 Simkin reports that Mr Collins (three Crowns in Silver Street) dog bit a Gentleman some time during the night and that it is dangerous for any one to pass at any time of the night.
Friday 13th to Saturday 14th October 1837 *
Report of dogs a nuiscance
P.C. Rider reports that [it] is very unsafe for any person to pass down Silver Street on account of 3 dogs kept by Mr Collier at the 3 Crowns.
