John Baker, of Great REversden, labourer, was brought up charged by William Cato, of Kingston, with stealing one dead wild rabbit, of the value of sixpence, the property of Samuel Cato, of Kingston, publican.

Benjamin Marshall, of Kingston, blacksmith, and Samuel Blacktop, of the same place, carrier, were charged by William Cato, of Kingston, publican and blacksmith, with stealing out of his garden on the 13th instance, three sticks of celery, of the value of 6d. They were adjudged to pay a penalty of 5 shillings each, the damage and costs - Paid.
William Cato is buried in November 1873.
