William Henry Felgat married Ann Rowsel at St Anthony, Nunhead in June 1896.
Both list the address of 7 New James street; and Williams father is Charles
Felgate, potman, deceased. The 1891 census lists William with widowed mother
at this same address; as is also the case in the 1881 census, excpet his
father is then listed as a barman. There is a clue as Charles Felgate is a
	barman at the
	Blue Eyed
Maid, Southwark in the 1871 census; and may possible still be a member
	of staff there.

My grandfather named William Henry Felgate was licensee of the 'Ring O
Bells' situate in Underwood Plympton, I did find some reference, however the
building is still there but is now lived in. *
