At Garraways Coffee House, Change Alley, London on Tuesday the 28th inst at 12 o'clock.
A Freehold Estate in five lots, comprising the Sheep Cote Public House and two farm houses, with three yards, three barns, stables, cow houses and calve pens; together with several inclosures of rich arable, meadow and pasture land, containg 45 acres, with very valuable abd extensive common rights, and four alignments of wood from Hainault Forest, advantageously situated near Marks Gate, on the south side of Hainault Forest, in the parishes of Dagenham and Barking, in the county of Essex, 1 mile from the turnpike road, 3 from Romford and Ilford and 10 from London, let to Abraham Hinwood and Abraham Miller on old leases at 74 puunds a year, which will expire at Christmas 1809.
