At the Crown Inn, Billericay, on Tuesday, February 1, 1853, at Three o'clock in the Afternoon, by Order of the Mortgagee in One Lot.
All that capital Freehold Public House and Premises known as the Duke of York, well situated for trade by the roadside, at South Green, in the parish of Great Burstead, within a mile of the town of Billericay, and now occupied by Mr Robert Lurring
The House contains two parlours, bar, tap room, five bed rooms, brewhouse, scullery, pantry, and other necessary arrangements. Adjoining is a good yard, with stabling for six horses, cart shed, with granary over, and productive garden.
