30 March 1790 - Conveyance (Lease and Release for £220).
Edward Tween late of Great Dunmow, blacksmith, and now of Great Baddow, victualler, and w. Anna, to Thomas Collis, tailor, and William Taylor, glover, and a trustee for Thomas C., both of Great Dunmow.
A messuage commonly called the "Angel and Harp" at Church End in Great Dunmow, between the highway from the market cross towards Bardfield on West and on the river on East, formerly in occupation of Ralph Sandford, then of Sarah Halls, widow, of James Wilson & Elizabeth his widow, then of John Wilson, lately of Henry Stubbing and now of W. White; and the cottage formerly in occupation of Daniel Root, then of Mary his widow, then of Margaret Guy, widow, then of George Gunn & Daniel Wilson, late of Thomas Judd & Joseph Barker and now of Ste. Smith.
[Recites Lease for 7 years, 12 March 1787, to William Woodham of Bishops Stortford (co. Herts)]
