William Boyer, was indicted for privately stealing in the dwelling house of Daniel Beadle, of NOrth Ockington, 120 pounds in Bank notes, three gold rings, and a pair of silver buttons, the property of Daniel Beadle. James Drayton pursued the prisoner, and apprehended him; he gave up the notes, and begged the witness would let him go, Verdict Guilty.
