Pleshey, near Chelmsford, Essex.
A Freehold Fully Licensed Public House known as the White Horse, situate about eight miles from Chelmsford, seven from Dunmow, and almost immediately opposite the historical Pleshey Mount.
It is the only Fully Licensed house in Pleshey, and comprises house, buildings, garden and two pieces of arable land, in all about three acres, in the occupation of Mr George Bohannan, a very old tenant, whose lease will expire at Michaelmas, 1908, at the nominal rent of £24 per annum.
Messrs Daniel Watney and Sons will sell the above by Auction on Thursday, 30th June next.
