At 60 Dyer Street in 1881 census and 1927; I see you have a photo of the building as it is now, part of the Gardiners Homewares store, but thought you might appreciate the attached pictures of the pub when it was alive which I have accumulated. Two of them show the landlord as Donald Cole, so date it sometime between 1911 and 1939, one shows William Wood, so sometime around 1910, and one general view in 1962 when the pub was still there. This would have been one of the last pictures of it, as I think closed in about 1964. **
