That old accustomed house called the Roebuck Inn, situate in Northgate street, Gloucester. The House comprises bar, parlour, taproom, a large concert or dining room; likewise a good Tap and Stabling, situate in St Johns Lane. The House has four good bedrooms.
Possession immediately, or to suit parties in three months from Saturday April 14th, 1858.

The whole were renewed without complaint except that of the Maidenhead, kept by Isaac Lee, and the Roebuck, kept by Eliza Vernon, at which inn it was stated that bad women were encouraged, and that there was music and dancing every night.
