Nine Elms, 8 Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth - in September 2011

The Nine Elms was at 81 Commercial Road until about 1976 when it became derelict. In 1979 it was a restaurant, and by 1986 until about 2003 became the Ellie Jays Night Club. From around 2005 it has been known as the Fuzzy Duck at its newly renamed address of 8 Guildhall Walk, and in the Portsmouth University district.
