In 1821, Named after the Yorkshire Greys used by nearby Royal Artillery. An application in 1980 was to convert from 2 bars to 1; and now at 25 Guildhall Walk. In 1979 Transferred from Ind Coope to Bass Red Triangle; in June 1995 a £200,000 refit converted the pub to an Irish theme by Bass. On 3rd August 1995 it was re-opened as O’Neills after an £160,000 refurbishment. In 2000 it was renamed The Walk Inn, and in 2006 the V Bar.
