With respect to the Windmill Beer On (Ante 1869), at Aspenden, tenant Mrs Ann Kimpton, Owner Messrs Christie and Co Ltd, Hoddesdon the amount claimed was £125. Mr Flints valuation was £88 12s, and he advised settlement at £110.
£100 to the owners, and £10 to the tenant was agreed to.
