timber and tiled 4-room cottage, now used as a Beer-shop, known by the sign
of the Rising Sun, doing a good trade, with stable, small barn, and range of
cattle sheds, coal wharf, and suitable buildings, and 7 enclosures of rich
productive meadow land, in a high state of cultivation, a portion of the
same planted with Osiers and Willow Trees, containing together about 30
ACRES (more or less), in a ring fence, adjoining the river Lee, near
Cheshunt Mills, TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, BY Mr. C. CHEFFINS, AT THE WHITE
HORSE INN, WORMLEY, On TUESDAY, March 28th, 1843, at Two o'clock in the
Afternoon, The property of the late Charles James Hare, Esq. This Property
is held on Lease, of which 9 years will be unexpired at Michaelmas next, at
the low rent of 40/. per annum; it is Tithe free, and Land-tax redeemed.
The Cottage and Wharf, with small garden, stable, and coal-house, are in the
occupation of Mr. William Taylor, tenant irt will, at the low rent of 10/.
per annum, and the Land is in hand, of which immediate possession may he
had. *
