Oliver Arno served as a Sergeant in the Mounted Infantry of the 2nd Kings Royal Rifle Company, with claps for his Queen South Africa medal for Orange Free State, Transvaal, Tugelin heighst, Relief of Ladysmith and Laing's Nok. His record of service in WWI suggests he had previously served for 21 years, and is now a Warrant Office in the Labour Corps of the Northampton regiment.
