The Windmill Inn in Standon in Herts was in the Gault family from which I descend, this was in the family for so long and did get passed down through the generations. Anns' husband William died in 1837, but in the 1829/30 Trade Directory of Hertfordshire he was a baker - so not sure about any earlier than 1841. **
