“NEW INN HOTEL, WALTHAM CROSS, HERTS. The excellent and substantially-built FREEHOLD FAMILY RESIDENCE, of modern erection, with large enclosed yard, containing four lock-up coachhouses, and open ditto for three carriages, stabling for forty-eight horses, cow-house, piggery, fowl-house, hostelry, loft, and three sleeping rooms; a detached and well-built TAP, large walled kitchen and pleasure garden, &c., WILL BE SOLD BY AUCTION, BY Mr. DUCKWORTH, On Monday, the 23rd of March, 1857, at Two o’clock, by order of the Executors of the late Mr. Wildbore, in one lot, on the premises. The residence is of modern erection, with handsome elevation and noble portico; it contains on the upper floor, seven bed rooms, water-closet, and store-closet; on the first-floor, two bed-rooms, water-closets, and large dining-room; on the ground-floor, two large dining-rooms, entrance-hall, bar and parlour, excellent cellars, kitchen, scullery, pantry, larders, and washhouse. The whole is in excellent repair.” ***
