Bromley and West Kent Telegraph. 10 March 1906 - Cases for compensation in Bromley.
The Bricklayers Arms stood on the main road at Masons Hill. It was a well populated district and the house was under good supervision. It was well conducted and appeared to be suitable for all requirements. The house had never been seen crowded, although it was well filled on a Saturday night. It had changed hands three times since 1898.
It was estimated that the house served 650 people. The licensee, Mrs Franklin said the trade had gone up in recent years. The house was often crowded during the dinner hour.
License to be renewed.
