It stood in Oakley road, Bromley Common. It was next door to the Two Doves and the Grape Vine itself was like a small cottage. There were about 50 houses within a radius of half a mile and the population was estimated at about 200. There was also the Bird in Hand, the Red Cross, the Brewery Tap and the Sawyers Arms, all within a radius of half a mile.
The house had changed hands three times since July 3rd, 1906
Renewed subject to further consideration by the compensation authority.
