Hundreds, and East Ashford union, lathe of Scray, East Kent. The population in
1851 was 120; the living is a rectory, united with that of Hinxhill; the Rev.
John Philpott, M.A., is the incumbent. Troy Town and Pickersdean adjoins Brook.
Hampton is half a mile S.W.
Letters through Ashford, which is also the nearest Money Order Office.
