Emily Clark (nee Shipp) from Upchurch was one of my cousins. In 1901 she had
been living at Gillingham when her husband A.R. Clark was in the Navy. In
1905 their second son Leonard was born at Sittingbourne, so they moved to
take over the Prince of Wales after 1905, but before 1908. ***
Albert Richard Clark, Licensed Victualler, Prince of Wales, King
Street, Canterbury, died 3rd December 1908, probate to widow Emily. ***
