FRINSTED is a parish and village, three miles and a half N.E. from Hollingbourn, 10 from Maidstone station, and five south of Sittingbourne. The church is dedicated to. St. Dunstan, and is an old building. The living is a rectory, in the gift of the Hon. Thomas Pemberton Leigh; the Rev. Robert Wright, M.A., is the incumbent. Kippen is half a mile S.E.; Tony Hill, one mile and a half west; Tinfold Hill, one mile S.E.; Yoke's
Court, one mile S.E.; Miriam's Court, one mile south; Lenniker one mile and a half south; Wrensted Court, one mile and a half south
