This information could be useful in tracking the Publicans in the 1911 census, when it arrives. You need to be aware that Trade Directories were often out of date, and therefore the information for 1911 probably refers to 1909/1910. I can only imagine that many Publicans and Licensed Victuallers also moved into London, as also, parts of the area of Kent become part of the London area..
