KESTON, a village, three miles from Bromley, two miles N.W. from Down, and 13 miles from London. The population in 1851 was 644. The church is a small building.
The living is a discharged rectory, in the deanery of Shoreham, and in the presentation of the Archbishop of Canterbury. The Rev. Joseph William Martin LL.D. is the incumbent.
