LULLINGSTONE is a very small parish, seven miles south of Dartford. The population in 1851 was only 57. The church contains some finely preserved monuments. The Rev. Thomas Hart Dyke, of Long Newton, Durham, is rector, and the Rev. James John Joy, of Farningham, curate; in the gift of Sir Percyvall Hart Dyke, Bart.
