When William Charles Tarrant, licensee of the Tradesmens Arms, near Dartford was fined £10 at Dartford yesterday for aiding and abetting two men in the consumption of intoxicating liquor during non-permitted hours, it was said that a baby had been born to the wife of one of them, the first after ten years of married life.
