West Peckham is a small parish adjoining East Peckham, four miles west
of Wateringbury station, and eight miles S.W. from Maidstone. The
population in 1851 was 545. The church is dedicated to St. Dunstan. The
living is a vicarage, in the patronage of the Dean and Chapter of Rochester,
and incumbency of the Rev. Edward Jones, M.A.,, vicar.
