I have three quite good pictures of The Jamaica Tavern,  Southwark Park Road (which was a Courage House). My great-grandfather was landlord circa 1871 - 1895 or so. Looking over my family tree I have so far found to my considerable surprise, various male and female ancestors were also licensees of:-

Duke of Edinburgh, Forsyth St Rotherhithe ; The Ship 171 Kennington Road ; Waterman's Arms, Barnham St Southwark ; The Rose, 22 Russell St Bermondsey ; The Hope Inn, Homesdale Centre Lewisham ; Abbey Arms, Abbey Wood ; Prince of Wales, 53 High St Highgate and the White Lion, Portsmouth Rd Cobham.  ***
