Licenses of four houses referred to the Compensation authority:
The Prince of Wales, Great Barlow street, structure in good condition. The present licensee, Mrs Cooke, was a widow. She, her son and daughter were dependent on the business for a livelihood. A steady trade was carried on.
After consultation, the Bench decided to refer the four houses.
