My father, William Henry “Sol” Foster (1896-1977), was licensee of the “Prince Regent”, South Street, Walworth before moving on to the “Forest Hill Tavern”, East Dulwich in 1930. Incidentally, my Auntie Anne (Mrs. Presley) became licensee of the “Prince Regent”, some years after my father.  *
