His listing on the 1840 Taxation Record states: Pub-house, 82 Harrow Road, Paddington, Middlesex County. Ratable Value 60.
His death Certificate (died 12 Feb 1843), registered in the district of Kensington, No. 219, death in the sub-district of St. Mary Paddington in the County of Middlesex. Place of death listed as "Running Horse" No. 82 Harrow Roads. ***
