This pub closed in around 1989 and was demolished in 1998. ** The (Ye) Old Bell hotel exists at the junctioon of Addle Hill and  Wardrobe Terrace, Queen Victoria street and all directories from at least 1895 list this as the address (the 1921 directory also uses the address of Knightrider street).
