St George in East Index

The George, New road  in the 1851 census and 1856 and the 1852 and 1864 license transfers. This address appears to originally have been 8 New Road in 1860 and earlier. In the 1860 directory it is on the north side.

If this follows a similarity with the Britannia, then this was the George, in Back lane in 1772.
