The Wilton, 1 & 2 Great Windmill Street, St James, Westminster

Westminster St James index

The 1911 census summary mentions this is merged into Scotts at 18, 19 and 20 Coventry Street. According to the Survey of London, Scott's was at 18 & 19 Coventry Street and rebuilt in 1892-4 to incorporate number 20, which is the address also given for the Wilton in the 1895 directory and later, so presumably it continued to operate separately. In the 1869 directory, the name of the pub is given as the St James Tavern (at 2 Great Windmill Street). *
