All public house, restaurants, bars etc closed for the forseeable future on 20th March 2020, but this is a history site. But how about the landlords give their tenants a break, no business, then please charge them no rent.
The South side of Rochester Row would match with New Rochester Row in 1851, when no licensed premises or beer retailers are listed. In 1856, there were two beer retailers at 45 Rochester Row and also at 28 Rochester Row. That at number 45 is closest to the church, and could be the Cabin, previously known as John Bulls Cabin.
