It would appear that the Old Hundred was earlier at a different address, and the license was probably moved from one building to this in 1897?
The early address is at 52 Nile street in the 1861 census, which is empty in the 1891 census, and it could be the license was transferred to another address at some stage. The Old Hundred listed on the site was earlier called the Victoria.
