Samuel Ralph's occupation in Oct 1816 when he married in Kelsale is listed as an
Innkeeper. I can't tie him to a pub at that point but have found the following

This Samuel Ralph (1755-1822) is a personal brickwall (4x great grandfather).
I can also confirm that the William Dennington listed at the Rising Sun, Kelsale
in 1869, was still there in the 1881 census. (William Dennington's sister
married Samuel Ralph's son). **
