Samuel Ralph's occupation in Oct 1816 when he married in Kelsale is listed as an Innkeeper. I can't tie him to a pub at that point but have found the following records:

To be sold by Auction by W Nunn on Tuesday 19 June 1821. The entire and excellent Brewing Utensil and other effects of Mr Ralph at the Crown Inn Great Glemham, comprising a copper nearly new 115 gallons, lids hammered irons and brickwork to ditto; a mash tub for 3 coombs; malt ditto for 2 coombs; underback 2 working tubs, 2 yeast ditto and 2 square coolers 5 3-barrel stands, half hogshead and a number of small casks, a quantity of lead and leather pipe, pails , jets, work sieve, cowel, wash kneelers, small churn, ditto butter stand, 4 milk kneelers, ditto pails &c. &c. bottle jack and reflector, tables, chairs and a variety of useful household furniture. Ipswich Journal 27th October 1821
Whereas Samuel Ralph of Gt Glemham in the County of Suffolk, innholder, hath by indenture of assignment duly conveyed and assigned all his real and personal estate and effects to Samuel Clowting of Kelsale in the said county, gentleman and Samuel Wright of Kelsale aforesaid , farmer, in trust for the benefit of such of his creditors who shall execute the same on or before the first day of December next. Notice is hereby given that the said deed is lying at our Office for the inspection and signatures of the several creditors of the said Samuel Ralph, who are requested to deliver to us forthwith an account of the respective debts, and to execute the deed on or before that day, or they will be totally excluded all benefit arising therefrom. And all persons indebted to the said Samuel Ralph are hereby required to pay their respective debts to us within One month from the date hereof or proceedings will be taken for recovery of the same without further notice.

This Samuel Ralph (1755-1822) is a personal brickwall (4x great grandfather).

I can also confirm that the William Dennington listed at the Rising Sun, Kelsale in 1869, was still there in the 1881 census. (William Dennington's sister married Samuel Ralph's son). **
