It appears that the beerhouse closed down between 1861 and 1871.
If we follow Harriet (or Harriett) Mingay she is at the un-named beerhouse in 1841 and 1851. Between 1851 and 1855 I guess that her father died, and she is running the place in 1855. It looks like she married William Driver between 1855 and 1861 (probably his second wife) and is still living in the beer house in 1861. By 1871 her husband has died and she has remarried Joseph Brown and is living at the Lord Nelson, and the beer house ceases to exist. That's just a guess though... ** (sounds like a pretty good guess to me.)
