My Great Grandfather Bertie Woolston ran the pub 'Mechanics Arms' in Lowestoft on Crown Street from 1912.
I have a photo of him with all his children including my Grandmother outside of the pub in what I would say circa 1912. **
He was born in August 1886 and baptized in November 1887 along with serveral older siblings. He married Maude May Bullen in 1908.

East Anglian Daily Times. 03 January 1913
Disorderly fisherman at Lowestoft - Jacob Smith was summoned for being disorderly and refusing to leave the licensed premises of the Mechanics Arms, Crown street, on Christmas Eve.
The landlord, Bertie Louis Woolston, said the defendant came into the house in the evening, and noticing he had some beer, he refused to serve him.
The defendant then broke sundry glasses, and threw one at the witness. He also wanted to fight everyone in the place - fined £2 and costs, or one month.
