Mr William Drummond made another application for the transfer of the license of the Black Boy beer house from Wyman to John Flint. The bench had refused the transfer due to an error which stated there was more than one offence against the applicant. There was one offence through an irritation of temper, for which he was fined. Transfer allowed.
