A petition was filed for divorce 18 November 1903 also citing a William Dumper; listing children, Nellie Breese, Irene Breese, and Mable Breese. Arthur Henry Breese is a ships steward of 3 Victoria villas, Harold wood. Marriage noted of 30th October 1899 to Nellie Brown in the Parish of Preston, in Sussex. That after the marriage, they existed at the Lennox Arms, Richmond Hill, Brighton, Sussex, and at the Elephant and Castle. London road, Brighton and at the Kings Head, Burgess Hill, Sussex, and at Haywards Heath and at the Gladstone, Hornsey road,, in Middlesex. They had five children, three of whom are still alive, i.e. Nelli, born 15th April 1893 ; Irene, born 6th April 1896, and Mable born on the 16th of April 1898. Between February 1902 to about May 1903, Nellie Breese at 50 Dalby street Kentish Town lived and co-habited with William Dumper.
