Hastings pub history index
The Palace Hotel remains one of the most iconic buildings in Hastings. The Palace Bars occupied part of the ground floor and still do. Other parts of the ground floor were occupied by shops and still are. Further images of the Hotel can be found at Palace1, Palace2. Palace3 and Palace4. It is one hell of a building! The pub part of this building is still open and is a very popular meeting place for young people. It is now called the Pig in Paradise. ***
