This building seems to be indicated as one of a terrace of houses in the 1876 1:2500 County Series Ordnance Survey map but the terrace does not appear in any subsequent maps even though it is known to still exists in 1905. The building in the 1876 map indicates a long thin extension at the rear which could have been a skittle alley. *
