On change of ownership in 1999 it was renamed the Jack Horner (and became Worthing's first gay pub). In 2010 it changed ownership again and was renamed the Stage (well known for drag acts). In 2015 it had changed ownership again and, after major refurbishment, reopened as The Corner House (very much a gastro pub now). *
