To be Lett, and may be enetered on in the month of September, a recently built HOUSE, in an excellent situation; may be known by the sign of the Earl of Radnors Arms; situate in Saint Anns street, Salisbury, in the high road to Southampton; with a convenient Brewery, Cellar, Stable etc. The stock of beer (which has been brewed on the premises) consists of about 120 hogsheads of excellent Strong Beer, which will be required to be taken off at a valuation.
