Opened by 1795 and named after Admiral Edward Hawke, ist Lord Hawke (1795-1781). In 1902 it had six bedrooms, two used by commercial travellers; a sitting room, a smoke room, and a dram shop and two kitchens. It closed in February 1951. *HM
The Admiral Hawke is listed by 1818 when Robert Clark is the licensee, and disappears by 1951.
