York City Commissioners consider application of Mr Baines of the Durham Ox public house, without Northstreet Postern.
As the road was a great thoroughfare and much frequented in summer, the front of Mr Baines premises should be flagged, and the footpath raised for forty yards towards the cemetery, so as to fill up the hollow now existing, on mr Baines contributing half the estimated expense which will be about £10.
