The Licences of York.
Mrs Harriet Ann Palmer applied for the confirmation of the removal of the licence of the Minster Inn, Marygate, to premises to be constructed lower down the street.
The removal was confirmed, on the understanding that when the house was pulled down, the site would not be built upon.
